We’re looking for a forward-thinking Software Engineering Manager who thrives on innovation, leads with energy, and is excited about how GenAI is changing the way we build software.
This role is for a true change agent—someone who’s not just maintaining systems, but actively improving how teams ship, collaborate, and scale using modern engineering practices and AI-powered workflows.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers (7–10 people)
Drive technical excellence across modern backend systems (cloud-based, scalable, secure)
Champion GenAI adoption in day-to-day engineering work (coding, reviews, automation, productivity)
Partner with product and leadership to turn business problems into shipped solutions
Hire, grow, and (when needed) make tough people decisions with empathy and clarity
Foster strong Agile/Scrum execution and continuous improvement
What You Bring
8+ years in software development, with 3+ years leading engineering teams
Strong technical background (hands-on earlier in your career; comfortable with code reviews and architecture)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Proven success leading Agile teams
Real, hands-on GenAI usage in your work

High energy, curiosity, and a mindset focused on impact—not status quo
