We’re hiring Software Engineering Managers to lead high-performing development teams building modern, cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft stack. This is a people-first leadership role for someone who thrives on mentoring engineers, driving innovation, and embedding AI into everyday development workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, mentor, and grow teams of 7–10 software engineers
Hire, develop, and manage performance — including difficult conversations when needed
Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint execution, and Jira-based workflows
Champion AI adoption to improve developer productivity and automation
Provide technical leadership across architecture, code reviews, and CI/CD
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Senior Leadership
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in software development, with 2–3+ years managing engineers
AWS cloud experience in production environments
Proven experience leading Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
Comfortable being hands-on when needed (code reviews, technical guidance)
Clear passion for GenAI — real usage examples and prompts are expected
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Track record of improving engineering culture and delivery maturity
