Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: $150,000 – $160,000 CAD base (up to $180,000 for exceptional candidates) + 15% bonus

What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 7–10 software engineers
Hire, coach, and manage performance with confidence and clarity
Drive modern engineering practices across Agile, CI/CD, and cloud delivery
Champion AI adoption to improve developer productivity and automation
Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver value
Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews and code oversight
What You Bring
8+ years in software development with 3+ years managing engineers
Strong background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET) — .NET 7/8 preferred
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments
Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience (Jira, sprint ceremonies, roadmaps)
Demonstrated use of GenAI tools in development or leadership workflows
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
