Software Engineering Manager – Toronto (Hybrid)
We’re seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team of 7–10 engineers. You’ll guide technical direction, mentor engineers, shape architecture, and streamline delivery pipelines while fostering an innovative, AI-driven development environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and grow a talented engineering team
Drive technical excellence with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and modern tooling
Oversee Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/automation workflows
Partner with product and business teams to translate vision into shipped features
Introduce and leverage AI to optimize development and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years managing engineers
Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong AWS/cloud experience and CI/CD expertise
Fintech background or familiarity with regulatory/compliance requirements
Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and coaching teams
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2 days in-office)
