We’re looking for a technical leader to drive innovation, lead a growing team (7–10 devs), and shape the future of our cloud-native, .NET-based platforms.
You’ll own architecture decisions, coach engineers, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions — with a strong focus on AWS, automation, Agile, and AI adoption.
What we need:
✔ 8+ years in software development, 3+ in leadership
✔ Strong .NET background (C#, ASP.NET, Web API)
✔ AWS cloud experience
✔ Proven Agile delivery and team management
✔ Fintech or regulated industry experience (bonus)
📍 Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
