We’re looking for exceptional Engineering Managers who are equal parts people leader, technical mentor, and strategic thinker. You’ll lead a team of 7–10 engineers, shape modern architecture, drive AI adoption, and elevate engineering excellence.

🔥 What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong communicator + natural mentor
✔ 2–3+ years managing engineering teams (5–10 devs)
✔ Experience hiring and releasing underperformers
✔ Hands-on engineering background (.NET 7/8 preferred)
✔ Comfortable with code reviews + architectural direction
✔ AWS cloud experience
✔ Agile/Scrum leader (sprints, ceremonies, Jira, delivery focus)
✔ Passionate about automation + improving team velocity
✔ Experience introducing AI into engineering workflows = major plus
🧠 Interview Process
1️⃣ Behavioral + leadership-focused (30–45 mins)
2️⃣ Technical deep dive: panel + solution walkthrough (1.5–2 hrs)
3️⃣ Final interview with senior leadership (1 hr)
