We’re Hiring: Software Engineering Manager (2 Open Roles)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)
🕒 Type: Full-Time | Permanent
💼 Team Size: 7–10 engineers

✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 3+ years managing engineers
Strong background in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and Visual Studio
Real-world experience hiring and performance managing engineers
Solid Agile/Scrum background – you’ve worn the scrum hat
Hands-on CI/CD and DevSecOps experience
Strong AWS experience (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
Experience introducing AI tools into engineering workflows
Excellent communication and a people-first leadership style
Nice-to-Haves
Fintech experience or exposure to regulatory/compliance frameworks
Experience scaling distributed systems or microservices
Secure coding or threat modeling certification
