🌟 What You’ll Do
Lead a team of 7–10 engineers: recruit, mentor, evaluate performance, and foster career growth.
Own delivery: ensure timely, secure, and scalable software releases in a high-compliance fintech space.
Drive innovation: introduce automation and AI into development workflows.
Be technical (but not hands-on daily): perform code reviews, guide architecture, and coach engineers on modern .NET and AWS practices.
Collaborate deeply: work cross-functionally with product, design, DevOps, and leadership.
Run agile sprints: think like a Software Manager, act like a Scrum Master.
🔧 Your Toolbelt
✅ 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years as a manager of 5–10 engineers.
✅ Expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and modern toolchains (Visual Studio, GitHub).
✅ Experience with AWS cloud (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.) in production environments.
✅ Proven success in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation mindset.
✅ Background in Agile/Scrum and sprint planning (JIRA/Confluence).
✅ You’ve hired (and let go) engineers — and can speak candidly about both.
✅ Bonus: Experience in fintech or regulated environments (SOC2, PCI, PIPEDA).
✅ Bonus: Familiarity with .NET 7/8 or event-driven architectures
