Social Media Lead (Performance Marketing)

– 5–7+ years in performance marketing with strong hands-on Paid Social experience (campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting in-platform).
– Experience leading multi-platform paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and/or Reddit.
– Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, including event setup, validation, and optimization across social platforms.
– Proven ability to build and execute full-funnel social strategies (awareness to retention) aligned to business goals.
– Strong understanding of platform automation, learning phases, and optimization trade-offs, with ability to diagnose performance issues across structure, audience, creative, and signal quality..
