Settlements Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Settlements Officer to join a top 5 banking client in downtown Toronto. This candidate will be joining the metal operations groups in the capital markets team, overseeing all daily transactions and settlements. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing all transactions and preparing daily transaction reports to deliver to senior management teams.

This role is hybrid 3-4x/week in downtown Toronto.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– 0-2 years relevant experience (Canadian)
– Excel skills (advanced skills would be preferred)
– Bachelor’s degree (business, economics, accounting, finance)
– Strong communication and attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– Bank teller experience
– Knowledge of the metals industry
