🚀 What You’ll Do
Lead QA planning, execution, and delivery for major ServiceNow modernization projects
Own manual testing, automation strategy (ATF), and regression suites
Drive SIT, coordinate UAT, and manage defect resolution
Champion QA best practices across the SDLC
Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, architects, and leadership
Support continuous improvement and process optimization
⭐ What You Bring
4+ years of QA experience (manual + automation)
3+ years working with ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Service Catalog, etc.)
Hands-on experience with ATF
Strong Agile + SDLC experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus: QA leadership experience, additional SNOW modules, automation expertise, or industry certifications
