We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our growing team. If you have experience testing ServiceNow applications, working with ATF, and ensuring high-quality platform delivery in an Agile environment, we’d love to connect with you!
Location: Canada (Remote)
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure requirements are met
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or ServiceNow Test Management
Develop and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Conduct REST/SOAP API testing as needed
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous quality improvement
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of QA experience within ServiceNow or enterprise ITSM platforms
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
Hands-on experience with ATF and JIRA
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
REST/SOAP API testing experience
ServiceNow Test Management experience
ServiceNow certifications
