ServiceNow HRSD Developer (Hands-On) – Enterprise Transformation

We are hiring a hands-on ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join a high-impact Enterprise HR Technology transformation program.
This is not a configuration-only or support role — we are looking for a builder, problem solver, and technical delivery expert who can design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise-grade HR ServiceNow solutions.
🔧 About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions that power employee experience across a large-scale enterprise environment.
You will work closely with architects, HR technology leaders, and engineering teams to build and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
This role is part of a multi-year digital transformation initiative modernizing HR systems and employee service delivery.
🧠 What You’ll Do
Design, build, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Lead end-to-end feature delivery from requirements to production release
Develop and maintain integrations with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP HCM)
Build and enhance key HRSD modules including:
Case Management
Employee Lifecycle Events & Journeys
Knowledge Management
Employee Center / Portal
Universal Request
Perform hands-on development using ServiceNow best practices
Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural and coding standards
Troubleshoot production issues and support operational stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Security, Engineering, Vendors)
Produce technical documentation and solution designs
Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and maintainability
🧩 Must-Have Requirements
5–7+ years of ServiceNow development/configuration experience
2–3+ years of hands-on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation
Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST / SOAP / APIs)
End-to-end lifecycle delivery (build → test → deploy → support)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture & design principles
Experience writing technical documentation and reporting
CIS-HR or ServiceNow Administrator certification (required)
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML scripting experience
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / GCP)
Exposure to Genesys or HR contact center tools
Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
