Our client is looking for ten (10) Bilingual ServiceNow Developers and two (2) Bilingual Technical Leads to assist on an existing project. Please see below for a breakdown of each role + associated requirements below.

Developer

Contract Details:

Role: DeveloperContract Duration: 174 DaysLocation: RemoteLanguage: Bilingual (French / English)

Overview:

As the developer, you will participate in providing software solutions, delivering stable products and constantly improving their quality and finding solutions. You will analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and evolve software products to meet the needs of the organization. You are also responsible for the quality and security of coded solutions.

As the developer, you will actively contribute to the development of large-scale computer systems, programs and applications by carrying out the alignment and implementation, while using your competence to master technology and anticipate innovations. You will analyze the needs of customers and partners and recommends appropriate technological solutions. In this regard, you will plan, prioritize and coordinate work in order to meet the commitments made in line with the objectives to be achieved

What You Will Do:

Analyze customer or project needs and identify appropriate technology solutions taking into account budget commitments and delivery deadlinesDevelop delivery strategies, analyze, design and document programs or applications. Develop or code programs or applications with automated testing.Install and test software packages or implement applications with assigned customersEnsure the smooth integration of the technical components of the solutions and resolve any problems

Technical Lead

Contract Details:

Role: Technical LeadContract Duration: 174 DaysLocation: RemoteLanguage: Bilingual (French / English)

Overview:

As the Technical Lead, you will assume a leadership and influence role and act as a consultant and content in the continuous delivery of solutions, maintaining and updating them.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of medium to large-scale computer systems, programs and applications by carrying out the alignment and implementation, while using your ownability to master technology and anticipate innovations. You will analyze the needs of clients and partners and influences the orientations regarding the technological solutions or information systems required within a project. In this regard, you will plan, prioritize and coordinate work in order to meet the commitments made in line with the objectives to be achieved.

In this role, you will also formulate proposals relating to the implementation of projects and contributes to the resolution of complex problems through analyses and his or her overall knowledge of the business field.

Accompany and guide the client in the analysis and definition of needs, in orientation, as well as in the choice and evaluation of appropriate technological solutionsCarry out and participate in studies, as well as in the positioning, feasibility and detailed design phases and make appropriate technological recommendationsDevelop, implement and apply conceptual and logical models, as well as design, implementation and integration strategiesEnsure cross-functional coordination with the bodies and committees concerned by the projects and offer the required support and follow-upsCoordinate the operational activities required to ensure the quality, performance, reliability, availability and continuous improvement of technological systems and solutions.
