Key Responsibilities / Deliverables

Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders
Design ServiceNow solutions (modules, apps, integrations)
Develop/configure IRM enhancements, fixes, and new features
Build risk assessments, issue management workflows, and dashboards
Maintain and improve existing applications
Follow ServiceNow and HoC development standards
Create and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT)
Deliver features in Agile sprints
