What we’re looking for:
◾ 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
◾ Proven experience implementing Now Assist / Generative AI within ServiceNow
◾ Ability to independently lead enhancements, integrations, and full lifecycle ServiceNow/Now Assist projects
◾ Strong experience in customizing, scripting, and configuring ServiceNow modules
