Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in SNOW Application Development and Business Process Management (BPM) to support and enhance ServiceNow applications in a SaaS-based support environment. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions, optimize platform performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless ITSM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Customization

Design, develop, and enhance custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.
Develop and support REST/SOAP-based integrations with external enterprise systems.
Implement automation through BPM principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
2. Support & Maintenance

Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, enhancements, and service requests related to the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot issues impacting performance, data accuracy, and user experience.
Assist with platform upgrades, patches, cloning, and release management.
3. Collaboration & Governance

Partner with ServiceNow Administrators, ITSM process owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security standards, and audit/compliance requirements.
Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and participate in peer code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development within a SaaS environment.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
Solid experience with core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and their application in workflow automation.
Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP, OAuth, and SSO configurations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD).
Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications:
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Exposure to additional modules: ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
Experience working in multi-tenant SaaS or managed service environments.
