Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – Performance Analytics & Reporting

Location: Hybrid (1–2 days/week onsite)

Duration: 3 months (Sept–Nov 2025), with possible extension

Start Date: September 8, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hrs/week

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting Developer to lead near real-time risk analytics development and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow. This is a critical 12-week engagement focused on delivering high-impact dashboards, KPIs, and training, with direct collaboration across Technology & Cyber Risk stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards, widgets, indicators, and breakdowns.
Partner with stakeholders to design and implement near real-time risk analytics solutions.
Conduct integration testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Research and advise on emerging ServiceNow reporting capabilities and KPI best practices.
Facilitate process and training workshops, enabling knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Document solutions, processes, and best practices.
Position Breakdown

75%: Performance Analytics & Reporting development
20%: Training and knowledge transfer
5%: Documentation
Must-Have Skills

4–7 years of ServiceNow Performance Analytics development experience.
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow API integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Strong development background in JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS.
Experience with UIBuilder, relational databases, and database queries.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
Strong business analysis background, including requirements gathering and solution design.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Web Service Integrations using REST.
Knowledge of Business Analytics & Reporting frameworks.
Prior exposure to highly interactive, multi-stakeholder environments.
