We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Downtown Toronto, Hybrid

Must have skills:
1. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in an Agile/Lean or hybrid environment collaborating in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
2. 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience on ServiceNow platform, including IT
3. 3+ years of Experience with business process modelling, requirements documentation, and system design.
