We are seeking a highly skilled hashtag#ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team and work on enterprise-level initiatives involving hashtag#CMDB, Service hashtag#Mapping, and hashtag#Discovery. If you’re passionate about aligning IT solutions with strategic business goals and have hands-on ServiceNow experience—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
Demonstrate deep understanding of business processes and how IT solutions can enhance operations.
Serve as a project team member or lead, coordinating analysis and documentation of future business needs.
Design and support complex business processes that span multiple functions.
Develop and implement enterprise-level solutions across hashtag#ITOM and hashtag#ITSM modules.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of hashtag#ServiceNow experience (hands-on)
4+ years of overall IT experience
Strong knowledge of hashtag#CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery
Proficient in Flow Designer, Scoped Application Development
Experience with ITOM and ITSM
ServiceNow Administration & Implementation certifications (preferred)

🛠️ Technical Competencies:
hashtag#ServiceNow Certified (CSA or CIS) – Mandatory
Experience in Automated Testing & Test Management
Development of custom applications on hashtag#ServiceNow
Familiarity with hashtag#Agile, SaFe, hashtag#DevOps, or hashtag#ITIL methodologies

➕ Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Exposure to Major Security Incident Management (MSIM)
