We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive innovative enterprise solutions across business functions. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in hybrid work environments and has a passion for business process transformation.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to align IT solutions with strategic goals.
Analyze and document future-state business requirements across complex processes.
Serve as a team lead or key contributor for technical solution design and delivery.
Ensure successful integrations and process optimization through ServiceNow modules.

🧠 Core Expertise Required:
ServiceNow HRSD: Lifecycle Events, HR Case Management, Employee Relations
ServiceNow Virtual Agent: Design and deployment experience
Custom Applications: End-to-end design and testing
ServiceNow Modules:
Legal Services Delivery
Financial Services (Disputes, Wires, Workplace Reservations)
Employee Center Pro
Critical Events Management & Visitor Management
Testing & Automation: Integration testing, Automated testing (Automate Pro), and Test Management knowledge

✅ Must-Have Skills:
Deep experience in stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering & documentation
Strong background in future-state process design and enterprise alignment
Proven leadership in ServiceNow implementations and custom development
Ability to bridge gaps across HR, Legal, and Financial Services functions
