ServiceNow OMT and HAM knowledge is a must have

Here is some info.

1.   What locations would you consider? Preference is in Montreal as I would like to be collated but Toronto is also fine if it is a good resource.

2.   If bilingual is required, will interviews be held in French? not a must. Interview will be in English

3.   Is remote work available? Are there any required days on site? would expect to have hybrid model if possible 3 days a week at office. We can reduce it to 2 days if it is a deal breaker.

4.   Provide a description of the typical day to day in this role. ?
a.   ~Responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet specific business needs. They work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop technical specifications that will meet those requirements. They also ensure that the solution is properly integrated with existing systems and infrastructure, and that it meets performance and security standards. Additionally, they oversee the development process and work with developers to ensure that the solution is properly implemented.

5.   What are the top 3 skills sets and qualifications you want to see on a candidate’s resume?
a.   ServiceNow OMT and HAM knowledge is a must have

6.   What will the interview process look like (how many interviews, assessments, virtual or in person)? 2 (myself first and then another with Talal and me)

7.   What specific projects will be worked on? they will be working on AGB SP wireless. Knowledge on Samsung ZTM will be a value add but not a must.
8.   What is the expected hiring date? ASAP, ideally by Sep 30th so that we can ramp up by end of Oct to start using the resource

9.   Any potential for extension or to hire full time? Preference is to hire full time if the resource is good. If the resource is not ready for FTE there will be an extension for 1 or 2 years more
