🚀 NOW HIRING: Service Transformation Consultant

We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Service Transformation Consultant to help lead a major transformation effort in a provincial government setting. This is a remote-first contract with occasional onsite meetings/work sessions in Alberta (notice will be provided).

You’ll work alongside senior executives and delivery teams to drive service innovation, agile product delivery, and organizational change—with a direct impact on how digital services are delivered to citizens.

📍 Remote with occasional onsite presence in Alberta
🗓 Start Date: June 30, 2025
📄 Contract Length: 12 months + potential 24-month extension
📌 Submissions Due: May 15, 2025 – 9:00 AM

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Lead service transformation efforts across ministry teams, driving meaningful digital change.
Facilitate strategic conversations and alignment with executives and cross-departmental stakeholders.
Coach product/platform teams on agile practices from discovery to continuous improvement.
Build frameworks and models that accelerate digital maturity and capability.
Guide cultural shifts, organizational design, and governance strategies.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in large-scale service or digital transformation (especially public sector).
Strong understanding of agile delivery, human-centered design, and digital culture building.
Ability to work with executive leadership and front-line teams alike.
Comfortable coaching, presenting, and navigating complex organizational environments.
Eligible for Enhanced Security Clearance in Canada (including possible RCMP clearance).
