Now hiring on behalf of our client for a 6-month contract in Victoria, BC

🤝 Service Desk Analyst
📍 5x per week onsite in downtown Victoria, BC
✅ Mandatory skills:
• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support services
• Knowledge of Service Desk practices and procedures
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable service management tools
• Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
