✔️ Must be legally authorized to work in Canada & available for occasional onsite (if needed) in Edmonton, AB. Must Have minimum 5 years working as a Service Designer who has worked with digital or data product (data pipelines, data user interfaces, data catalogues, data architecture etc.)
✔️  5 years’ experience with journey maps & service blueprints
✔️  5 years’ experience analyzing research data and presenting findings
✔️  5 years’ experience in service innovation, program review or digital transformation
✔️  5 years’ experience planning, conducting and analyzing behavioral/ethnographic field research to understand user, employee, and government needs and goals)
✔️Preferred candidates will have public sector experience with digital transformation within Alberta
