Service Designers

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must Haves: Minimum 2 years working as a Service Designer, preferrably within provincial public sector environments.
✔️  2 years’ experience with service design research and outputs
✔️  2 years’ experience working with cross-functional product teams (Agile environment)
✔️  2 years’ experience in service innovation, program review or digital transformation
✔️  2 years’ experience qualitative field research
✔️  3years’ experience leading co-design workshops with service users
✔️  2 years’ experience with usability testing of production or prototype systems
✔️  2 years experience Organizational change (policy, staffing, transformation)
✔️Preferred candidates will have public sector experience with digital transformational work in Alberta
