About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Workflow Automation Engineer to design and build automation workflows for telecom provisioning and operations. This hybrid role blends engineering, automation, and customer delivery—perfect for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working directly with clients, and turning ambiguous requirements into reliable, scalable workflows.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain automation workflows using modern workflow platforms and SDKs
Add custom logic with JavaScript/TypeScript
Collaborate with network engineers and customer solutions teams
Support production-grade, observable, maintainable, and scalable workflows
Leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize workflows
Must-Haves:
3+ years in software engineering, automation, or support (L2+)
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
Self-directed, proactive, and delivery-focused
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with n8n, Zapier, Workato, or DAG-based workflow engines
Background in telecom/OSS/BSS environments
Full-stack development or scripting automation experience
