🚀 Hiring: Senior UX Designer (Contract)

Are you a Senior UX Designer passionate about human-centered design and shaping modern public sector digital services? We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer for a 6-month contract role based onsite in Toronto, ON.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading end-to-end UX research and design for complex digital products/services.
Proven Research Expertise: Planning & conducting user interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, and stakeholder consultations to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
End-to-End Design: Crafting personas, user journeys, service blueprints, IA, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design Systems & Accessibility: Direct experience applying design systems (such as the Ontario Design System or similar public sector standards) and ensuring strict accessibility compliance (AODA/WCAG).
Tooling & Agile: Hands-on proficiency with Figma and working within Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps.
Experience with public sector, government, or large-scale digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
