📍 Location: Ontario, Canada | 🕒 Full-Time | 💻 Hybrid Opportunity

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Support and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments (on-prem & cloud)
Collaborate across teams to align IT solutions with OH’s digital strategy
Troubleshoot and support integrated systems (applications, DB, middleware)
Provide thought leadership and mentor junior technical staff
Act as a subject matter expert in ITIL-based service operations

✅ What You’ll Bring:
3–5 years in IT infrastructure, operations, or technical support roles
Experience with Windows/Linux/UNIX servers, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and container technologies (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with middleware, database, and networking components (SQL, Oracle, TCP/IP, Firewalls)
Strong knowledge of ITIL V3/V4, service management tools (e.g., BMC Remedy), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Exposure to technologies like VMware, Active Directory, O365, PowerBI, BigFix is an asset
