We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of next-generation digital banking capabilities. You’ll drive multi-user identity models, permissions frameworks, and payments orchestration, collaborating across architecture, engineering, security, and data teams to ensure seamless integration within a cutting-edge digital banking platform.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-user banking platforms and secure account access.
Translate technical architecture into actionable delivery plans, epics, and releases.
Coordinate agile software delivery across multiple engineering teams.
Partner with security, fraud, and data teams to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs in fintech, digital banking, or tech-driven organizations.
Strong expertise in identity & access management, entitlements frameworks, and payments systems.
Agile delivery experience with tools like Jira for release planning and dependency tracking.
Technical fluency to understand APIs, integrations, and complex system dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
