– **Rate:** $105/hr
– **Location:** 3 days hybrid in Downtown Toronto
– **Contract Length:** 11 months with the possibility of renewal

**Must-Haves:**
– Over 7 years of experience leading complex technical implementation programs, specifically in procurement systems, cloud migrations, or enterprise integration projects
– Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple interdependent technical workstreams in high-visibility environments, emphasizing rigorous coordination and stakeholder management
– Extensive expertise in technology governance, system integration, and data migration, showcasing the ability to navigate intricate architectural dependencies
– More than 5 years of experience in leading cross-functional technical teams across organizational boundaries, coupled with effective communication with executive leadership
– Candidates with Public Sector Project Delivery experience are preferred
