Qualifications:

 

Technical Understanding

 

Strong grasp of how technical products are built, with the ability to engage with engineers and understand technical challenges.
Possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience guiding projects through each phase, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Agile Expertise & Project Management

 

Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and familiarity with agile tooling like JIRA.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments with minimal definition.
Communication

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to handle client relationships to manage expectations, provides updates as required, identifies potential conflicts between project and functional areas.
Problem-Solving & Process Optimization

 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Experience creating, refining, and optimizing processes to improve team efficiency.
Adaptability & Leadership

 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with ambiguous requirements.
A collaborative and empowering leadership style, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.

 

Must Have:

This is a Technical PM Role so the client is looking for a hands-on Technical PM with excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle client relationships to manage expectations provide updates as required, identify potential conflicts between project and functional areas and communicate with different stakeholders at various stages of the Project Delivery
Possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience guiding projects through each phase, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
