Senior Technical Engineer / Officer (MP4) | Pickering, ON
We are hiring 2 experienced engineers to support fire protection and emergency response programs at a nuclear generating station in Pickering (hybrid role).
This is a technical, regulation‑driven role, not a general safety position.
👷‍♂️ Who we’re looking for:
✅ 4‑year Engineering degree (required)
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Experience with regulated facilities (nuclear, power generation, heavy industry)
✅ Familiarity with Fire Protection, Fire Hazard Assessments, or Fire Safe Shutdown is a strong asset
🔥 Key focus areas include:
CSA N293 / N393 and NFPA compliance
Emergency Response documentation
Fire Protection systems, procedures, and risk assessments
Preparation of clear, defensible technical and regulatory documentation
📍 Pickering, ON (Hybrid – 2 days remote)
⌛ 12‑month contract | 35 hrs/week
