Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Manage timelines, release planning, and resource allocation for technical delivery
🎯 Oversee issue, risk, change, and schedule management processes
🎯 Coordinate across multiple teams and integration points for successful project delivery
🎯 Lead development team members, providing technical guidance and mentorship
🎯 Ensure deliverables align with established standards and meet business needs
🎯 Deliver user and technical documentation for implemented components
🎯 Support solution testing, integration, and production deployment

What You Bring:
✅ Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex technical projects
✅ Strong ability to lead software delivery teams and engage technical & business stakeholders
✅ Expertise with release planning, status reporting, and change management
✅ Familiarity with modern delivery frameworks and PMO governance
✅ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Experience delivering solutions that include both functional and non-functional testing
✅ Ability to work within a hybrid model and be available for occasional onsite meetings in Edmonton
