💼 Role Overview:
Are you a seasoned QA professional with 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance? We’re looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join a high-impact team working on complex enterprise systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid environment for a large public sector client in Toronto.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Lead and advise on test strategy, planning, and execution across large systems.
Develop test plans, scripts, and cases for functional, non-functional, and system integration testing.
Collaborate with IT and project leads throughout the SDLC.
Perform AODA compliance testing and support UAT activities.
Utilize automation frameworks, tools (Selenium, Postman), and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Work with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
🛠 Core & Technical Skills:
10+ years in software testing within enterprise-level environments.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on with both manual and automated testing tools.
Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle a plus).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git/GitLab).
Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS) is an asset.
Proven track record of performance, accessibility, and security testing.

⭐ Nice to Have:
Public Sector or OPS (Ontario Public Service) QA standards experience.
Familiarity with AODA regulations and standards.
Experience with COTS testing and automated script development.
