Job Posting: Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in system analysis, solution architecture, and enterprise application development to join our team and help deliver impactful I&IT solutions across a complex organizational landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Provide senior technical expertise, leadership, and coordination in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective I&IT solutions.
Offer technical consultation to clients to align OPS I&IT solutions with business objectives.
Lead analysis, design, and architectural planning of system solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Guide full SDLC projects—from feasibility, planning, testing, through to post-implementation support.
Evaluate and recommend innovative technical solutions and tools to optimize service delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and technical assessments.
Oversee and mentor junior analysts throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure compliance with standards, accessibility (AODA), and enterprise architecture (GO-ITS, RGDMS).

Required Skills and Experience
10+ years of Systems Analysis and Design experience, preferably in large, complex environments
Expert in reverse engineering data models, ERDs, and metadata reporting
Extensive experience across the full SDLC, including testing, integration, and implementation
Strong experience in business requirements gathering and translation into technical specifications
Skilled in relational and multi-dimensional database design and development
Deep understanding of QA/testing methodologies, including UAT, integration, and test planning
Familiarity with Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) processes and architecture artifact preparation
Hands-on experience with AODA and accessibility compliance

Desirable Skills
Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies
Knowledge of middleware, gateways, and multi-dimensional structures (cubes)
Proven experience with Dimensions and Facts data modeling
Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
Experience conducting and leading JAD sessions
Understanding of Information Management principles
