System Testing Consultant!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to advise on IT solutions that meet business objectives and overcome challenges.
Improve the structure and efficiency of I&IT systems for organizations.
Led and mentored testing teams while ensuring the adoption of standardized QA processes and tools.
Develop and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts for web and analytics applications.
Lead testing efforts for IAM solutions (Microsoft Entra ID & Oracle IAM) and guide high-volume release cycles.
Manage multiple, concurrent testing cycles, and resource allocation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Provide training, create training materials, and ensure successful onboarding for junior team members.

Required Experience & Skills:
10+ years in manual and automated testing, with deep knowledge of testing methodologies.
5+ years of experience leading and managing QA teams, and establishing standardized QA practices.
Proven experience in writing test scripts, and test cases, and handling defect reporting.
Expertise in testing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID and Oracle IAM.
Experience with high-volume release cycles and supporting applications across a variety of platforms.
Strong technical skills in BI solutions (Power BI, Cognos) and experience with SQL, Databases, and XML.
Familiarity with testing reports and enhancements in systems using technologies like Crystal Reports, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Oracle.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Quick Test Pro v10.0, UFT 12.5, and HP Quality Center 12.5.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft .NET Stack, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and client-side libraries.
Hands-on experience in accessibility testing (AODA) using tools like JAWS, Compliance Sheriff, and web accessibility toolkits.
