Now Hiring: Senior Sourcing / Procurement Specialist – Real Estate Hybrid – Toronto (3 days onsite) 6‑month contract | Extension possible What you’ll do: Lead complex negotiations with major Real Estate suppliers Drive cost‑optimization strategies and category management initiatives Partner with senior business leaders to align sourcing priorities Serve as the procurement lead for Real Estate projects Track and report cost savings, supplier performance & sourcing outcomes Build and manage strategic supplier relationships Ensure governance, consistency, and best‑practice sourcing processes What you bring: 🔹 10+ years negotiating high‑value enterprise contracts 🔹 10+ years influencing senior business stakeholders 🔹 10+ years in category management & cost analysis 🔹 5+ years using advanced procurement/analytics tools 🔹 Strong commercial acumen + deep pricing/cost modeling skills Bonus points: Corporate Real Estate sourcing experience (highly preferred!) Financial services procurement experience Understanding of regulatory and vendor‑risk frameworks
