Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery. This role will define and execute the strategy to establish our Power Apps low-code/no-code practice, implement governance, and drive adoption across the enterprise. Candidates must have deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, CoE), and SharePoint, and proven experience rolling out solutions at scale—not just conceptual knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Build and implement a roadmap for Power Apps and low-code/no-code adoption.
Governance & CoE: Establish Power Platform Center of Excellence, governance, and lifecycle management.
Solution Development: Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and M365 services.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Adoption Enablement: Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and communication programs.
Performance & Security: Monitor and optimize reliability, security, and compliance across M365 ecosystem.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Platform CoE.
Strong experience with Exchange Online administration and migration.
Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site design, and content management.
Familiarity with OneDrive for Business deployment and support.
Proficiency in application development using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, MS-203, or MS-700.
Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience with governance and compliance in M365 environments.
