🏛️ Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery & Procurement
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Designer to support a major technology modernization initiative. This role focuses on current system analysis, planning, and draft solution design for a legacy-to-cloud transformation.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Analyze current systems and define modernization opportunities
Draft future-state solution architectures
Support cloud migration assessments and integration strategies
Develop technical documentation, solution roadmaps, and design frameworks
Collaborate with business/technical teams and ensure alignment with security & compliance standards
✅ Must-Have Skills
10+ years of Solutions Design experience
Strong expertise with hosting technologies, networking, mainframe, midrange servers
Experience with Azure, cloud migration, on-prem to cloud transformations
Technical leadership experience
Understanding of OPS standards and IT governance
Ability to evaluate system performance, capacity, and future feasibility
🌟 Nice-to-Have
Previous Ontario Public Service (OPS) experience
