We are actively hiring for the position of RQ10970 – Senior Software Developer (Power BI) for our prestigious client, Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, Ontario.
📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
📅 Contract Duration: Until March 31, 2027 (Extension Possible)
🕒 Start Date: Immediate

Must-Have Skills:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Software Development / BI Development
✅ Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
✅ Advanced DAX & Power Query (M Language)
✅ MS SQL Server & Data Modeling (Star Schema, Fact & Dimension Tables)
✅ ETL Development (SSIS, Informatica ETL, Azure Data Factory)
✅ Dashboard Development & Performance Optimization
✅ Row-Level Security (RLS) & Data Governance
✅ Microsoft Fabric & Azure Analytics
✅ Experience with Data Warehousing & BI Best Practices
✅ Strong stakeholder communication skills
✅ PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Certification (Preferred)

Nice to Have:
✔ Ontario Public Sector (OPS) / Government experience
✔ Cognos Development
✔ Oracle, .NET, Java, Cloud Services
