Design, configure, and support complex Siebel Public Sector CRM solutions at the Ministry of Treasury Board Secretariat. Lead configuration, installation, and optimization of highly secure, multi-organization Siebel architectures, while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.

The role involves extensive hands-on development, integration, and troubleshooting of large-scale Siebel environments, including web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and multi-system integrations with SSO platforms and external systems.

The role requires strong experience in technical documentation, agile delivery, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing CRM solutions.
