Role- Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Location-Toronto(Remote)

Required Skills and Experience:

· 6+ years of proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.

· Strong knowledge of Event Correlation Rules and ServiceNow CMDB architecture.

· Familiarity with server, network, and application architecture along with basic troubleshooting skills across these domains.

· Experience with ServiceNow database schema and table structures.

· Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics, email notifications, and data management workflows.

· Skilled in using transform maps, data sources, and transform scripts for effective data loads and integrations.

· Proficient in creating and managing scheduled jobs, events, and triggers to support business logic and background processes.

· Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, including scripted REST/SOAP APIs and import set integrations.
