We are looking for Senior ServiceNow HR Developers to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on Employee Center (EC) and integrations with systems like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring seamless employee experiences through automation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize HRSD modules: HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center/Pro, HR Knowledge Management.
Develop self-service portals and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Service Portal framework.
Implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with SuccessFactors EC or similar HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Ensure security, compliance, and role-based access controls for sensitive HR data.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile environment.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and implement new features like Virtual Agent and AI Search.
Qualifications
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years in HRSD and Employee Center.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, HRSD data model, and portal development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors EC or similar HR systems.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); HRSD Implementation Specialist preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
