Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – CSDM/APM (Hybrid | Long-Term Contract)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

🚀 About the Role
We’re hiring two Senior ServiceNow Developers to support a high-impact ServiceNow Transformation Project within the GTEP – Service Management Technology group at a leading Canadian financial institution. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the migration of Application Portfolio Management (APM) from a legacy instance and help implement best-in-class architecture using Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
🔍 What You’ll Do
Migrate APM (now Enterprise Architecture) from legacy to new ServiceNow instance
Design and implement the CSDM architecture in alignment with ServiceNow best practices
Configure scoped applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
Analyze legacy configurations including custom tables, flows, scripts, UI policies, etc.
Document CI relationships, maintain data accuracy, and improve visibility/reporting
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on integration and data governance
Provide support, guidance, and training on CSDM and related areas
✅ What You Bring
10+ years in development/analysis/solution design
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including scripting and workflow development
5+ years working with CSDM and strong understanding of APM concepts
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
✨ Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with CSDM 3.0, CMDB, and Service Graph
Experience with integrations and ServiceNow data models
Previous work in the financial services industry
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

1 round panel interview via MS Teams (Directors + Lead Developer)
Includes both technical and behavioral questions
