Senior ServiceNow Developer (Contract – Hybrid, Toronto or remote)
🕘 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM (37.5 hrs/week) | Hybrid (Onsite Thursdays)
⏳ Duration: 6 Months | 💼 Possibility of Extension/Conversion to Full-Time

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow-based solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST/SOAP APIs
Lead analysis of complex business needs and translate into technical designs
Develop workflows, client/server-side scripts, business rules, and integrations
Ensure compliance with quality, security (incl. OAuth2, SAST/DAST, etc.), and regulatory requirements
Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements
Contribute to Agile SDLC processes and promote continuous improvement
Work within a large, collaborative team (~50) in a hybrid environment
✅ What You Bring
Must-Have:
8–10+ years as an IT Developer, including:
3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong JavaScript skills (3–7 years)
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (or advanced admin training)
Experience with ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience in systems design and quality assurance processes
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with PAM (CyberArk) and/or ServiceNow transformation projects
Exposure to Agile/Iterative development methodologies
Integration project experience and system troubleshooting
ITIL Foundation Certification or training
Ability to research and recommend innovative ServiceNow enhancements

🎓 Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
ServiceNow Admin Certification (required)
ITIL Certification (preferred)

Round 2: Behavioural/Situational fit with Hiring Manager & Team
