📋 Contract Details:
Role: Senior Service Designer
Location: Primarily remote with quarterly in-person meetings in Edmonton, Alberta. ✈️
Contract Term: 1-year contract starting June 22, 2025, with potential extension up to 24 months. 📅
Work Hours: Full-time (7.25 hours/day)

Lead service design research, co-design workshops, and usability testing to create user-focused solutions. 🧠
Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver seamless digital services through prototyping and concept testing. 🤝
Drive change management and organizational transformation to modernize service delivery. 🚀
Create journey maps, service blueprints, and actionable strategies to enhance user and employee experiences across multiple channels. 📊

🎯 What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in service design research and delivering digital services. 🕵️‍♀️
3+ years facilitating co-design workshops with diverse stakeholders. 🗣️
2+ years working on complex service innovation or digital transformation projects. 🌐
Expertise in qualitative field research, usability testing, and change management. 📈
A collaborative spirit and Agile mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team. 💡
