HOT ROLE: Senior Scrum Master | Full-Time Permanent 🚨
We’re urgently hiring for a Senior Scrum Master to join one of Canada’s leading insurance providers. This is a hybrid role (2 days/week onsite Toronto/Markham) and comes with a competitive salary, performance bonus, pension, stock options, and 4 weeks vacation.

🟦 About the Role
You’ll be embedded in critical software delivery teams working on high-impact insurance solutions. We’re looking for someone who lives Agile, can roll up their sleeves, and actively participates in backlog grooming, standups, and team problem-solving — not just someone who recites Scrum theory.
🟦 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
✅ Monitor team health, identify delivery blockers, and drive continuous improvement
✅ Use Jira to manage backlogs and deliver value at pace
✅ Guide and influence teams with a strong Agile mindset
🟦 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 8+ years in software delivery projects
✔️ 4+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master
✔️ Experience with APIs, Cloud, and System Integration
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Familiarity with the Insurance sector (Guidewire experience is a huge plus)
✔️ CSM or CSPO certification required
✔️ Must be able to confidently explain your role in real-life Agile project delivery
