Our client is actively seeking three experienced Senior QA Engineers to support a high-impact project that is reshaping how services are delivered to Albertans. Working within the Digital Design and Delivery Division (DDD), you’ll play a key role in advancing modern digital practices using Agile methodology and human-centered design.

Project Overview:
This transformative program is designed to deliver simpler, more efficient, and effective services that meet the evolving needs of Albertans. DDD acts as the digital hub, enabling innovation, modernization, and service quality across the organization. As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll lead testing efforts and uphold the highest quality standards in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
API Testing: Security, performance, data validation, error handling, integration, and standards compliance.
Mobile & Browser Testing: Conduct mobile compatibility and cross-browser testing.
Database Testing: Write and execute SQL queries; validate data accuracy, integrity, and conversion.
Test Automation: Implement and manage automated test suites for rapid delivery.
Defect Management: Track, report, and prioritize bugs with detailed documentation and collaboration.
Quality Culture: Support continuous improvement and quality best practices across teams.
Metrics & Reporting: Contribute to automated metrics collection and quality reporting.
Innovation in Testing: Encourage reusability, AI tools in testing, and efficient test environment setup.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Work Experience:
8+ years in functional testing, test case development, and test script execution.
8+ years of experience with database testing and data conversion testing.
8+ years of experience in performance, load, security, and end-to-end testing.
8+ years as a senior QA on large-scale enterprise Agile projects.
5+ years of experience with automation testing (Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript frameworks).
5+ years of API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
5+ years of experience creating/modifying automation test scripts.
2+ years in a senior QA role on the same Agile project.
