We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Analyst to support a large-scale, high-visibility banking project with a strong focus on requirements analysis, UAT, stakeholder alignment, and AI-assisted testing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with business and technical teams, understands end-to-end SDLC, and is excited to use tools like Copilot / AI assistants to improve test generation, regression testing, and automation support.

What we are looking for:
✔ 7+ years of experience as a QA/QC Analyst
✔ Hands-on experience gathering and analyzing requirements / user stories
✔ Strong understanding of SDLC phases and testing lifecycle
✔ Experience creating and executing complex test plans
✔ Ability to assess release risk and validate against approved requirements and acceptance criteria
✔ Experience working with developers, BAs, and business stakeholders
✔ Strong documentation and communication skills
✔ Interest or experience using AI tools for test case generation, regression testing, and automation support

Nice to have:
✔ Prior automation testing experience
✔ Banking / financial services experience
✔ Credit and Risk application knowledge
✔ Agile project experience
✔ Scotiabank experience
✔ Conversational Spanish for international banking stakeholder discussions
✔ ISTQB or testing certifications
