Senior QA / IAM/ Sailpoint Testing Specialist

Hiring Alert – Senior QA / IAM/ Sailpoint Testing Specialist- Contract Opportunity 🚨| Toronto

Pay Rate: $72/hr. Incop+ HST

I’m currently hiring for a Senior QA / IAM Testing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ and enterprise security testing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a large, regulated environment and has deep experience testing identity, access, and security-related applications.

Role Focus:
✅ Design and build reusable test cases and test scenarios for functional and regression testing
✅ Support and enhance automated testing frameworks
✅ Work with QA tools for requirements, test case, and defect management
✅ Test IAM workflows including Identity Lifecycle, Access Requests, Certifications, Application Onboarding, and Connectors
✅ Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to break down complex security concepts

Must-Have Skills:
🔹 8–9 years of testing experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of SDLC / STLC methodologies
🔹 Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
🔹 Knowledge of Active Directory Organizational Units, Groups, and User Attributes
🔹 Experience with functional, regression, manual, and automation testing

Nice to Have:
➕ Banking / Financial Services experience
➕ SailPoint FAM or Unstructured Data Governance experience
➕ PAM tools such as CyberArk, Centrify PAS, or similar
➕ Knowledge of Identity Federation, ServiceNow, VPN, and MFA
Best-fit candidate: Someone who has worked in banking or financial services, with strong SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint FAM, and Active Directory knowledge.
