Senior QA Automation

I’m hiring for a permanent Senior QA Automation role supporting a highly customized, enterprise-scale Salesforce platform used as a core operational system (Sales + Finance). This is not an out-of-the-box Salesforce org and not a checkbox automation role. This is Salesforce built, refined, and evolved over years with complex business rules, integrations, and real-world scale. The team is investing heavily in digital transformation and moving toward more intelligent, automated platforms.

– Strong Java-based QA automation experience (Selenium, API testing)
– Experience testing enterprise platforms at scale
– Someone who wants to build a long-term career in the Salesforce ecosystem
– Ownership mindset > years of experience

There’s already an automation framework in place, so the focus is on owning and evolving it, driving quality, and avoiding technical debt as the platform grows.

Location: Burnaby / Greater Vancouver (hybrid, in-person collaboration matters)
Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 CAD + bonus
