Senior Project Managers (Non-IT)

TTP is seeking two Senior Project Managers (Non-IT) -details below

Contract Duration: J12 months (with one-year extension)
Location: Hybrid – up to three days -downtown Toronto
Max Rate: $100/hr .

Note: This is not an IT Project Manager role. Candidates should have strong operational, leadership, and stakeholder management experience in healthcare, non-profit, or government settings.

What You Bring:
– 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, high-profile projects in the non-profit, healthcare, or government sector
– Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
– Master’s degree preferred (or an undergraduate degree in health, social sciences, political sciences, or a related field)
– Experience in operational project delivery and program implementation

Nice to Have:
– Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and MS Office Suite
– PMP certification

Responsibilities:
– Lead projects, track milestones, and ensure smooth program delivery
– Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
– Oversee workflows, operational tasks, and performance tracking
– Identify risks and develop strategies to keep projects on track
